After having a couple of acupuncture sessions with different providers, I had determined that maybe it wasn't for me. However, I lucked out and found Cheryl, and realized how wrong I was. I came in looking to manage anxiety, and left my first session so relaxed--practically like jell-o! I found myself more calm and grounded for many days after, and my muscles felt like I'd had an incredible massage (but better)! I highly recommend!
